Our Process

Initial Estimate: We provide you with a detailed price estimate based on your boat’s rough measurements. A small deposit is taken to secure booking and travel to your boat for templating.
Templating: Once approved, we visit your boat and use our digital templating machine to accurately map out the deck areas.
CAD Design: Our experts design your deck in CAD, allowing for full customization, including patterns, logos, boat names, or images. 50% of the remaining total is paid upon approval of the design, and manufacturing will begin.
Manufacturing: We use state-of-the-art CNC machines to precisely manufacture your custom U-Dek EVA foam decking.
Installation: We revisit your boat to install the deck, handling all surface preparation and bonding using U-Dek’s pre-applied 3M marine adhesive.
